finally i have a kid that loves Teddy as much as i do!! the other kids have been a tad intrigued by him. and simone went through a period of violently removing his clothes whenever she got the chance. but...NADIA...she LOVES Ted. loves him gently and passionately. anytime she catches a glimpse of him on my bed, she gets a really high-pitched voice and says, "aaaaawwwwww...teddyyyyyy...mama...tedddddddyyyyyyyy. she will do anything she can to get him off my bed, but instead of throwing him or disrobing him like simone did, she cradles him gently in her arms and whispers, "shhhhh...teddy...mama....teddy..." it is one of the most adorable things i've ever seen. now granted...because he's 32 years old now, he can't just be carried around by a toddler all day. so he has had to spend many days nestled in his "bed" in the top of my closet, but i do let him enjoy a few minutes every day of being cradled in the arms of his loving little sister.
oh my jess...nadia looks like you holding ted...although ted does look a bit older these days! that's to be expected, right? i'm sure he doesn't feel a day over a year old:) i just love that ted too...glad nadia is so passionate about him. those pictures are priceless.
